I’ve been living in a world of secrets and lies my entire life. Some are my own. Others I keep to protect myself and those who have hurt me. I’ve been too afraid to tell or ask for help. I try to manage them on my own. I’ve been afraid of being hurt and rejected again. These secrets have stifled me. Swallowed me whole. Sucked the life out of me. Robbed me of happiness. Defined me and who I thought I was. Unlovable. Inadequate. Unworthy. Small. I don’t want to feel this pain anymore. I want to be alive and free to feel. I want a voice. Here is where this will happen. Here, the secrets will come alive and be released and truth will win.

  3. I can very well understand your feelings and pain. Everyone goes through difficulties in some way, there is no one who sails through life without any trouble. Challenges come for us to face them become stronger and go to another level in life. Those who take challenges positively and lift themselves up, and help others are the ones like you, who give out their stories to inspire others. They are the warriors in life who after standing up help pull another/others up 🙂

    You alone have the power to turn this around. You alone will determine your destiny. Focus your intention on what you want, and be tenacious in your pursuit. The Universe will open doors for you. These doors might appear as mountains or walls, but know that your spirit can scale or walk through anything. So stay alert, keep your heart and mind open, and accept help from the beneficent guides who are always there waiting to take your hand. Blessings 💜
